HCG – Supplements and Exercise

I am a big proponent of vitamin/mineral supplements. However, they are not really necessary when on the hCG protocol. As your body releases stored fat, it also releases the vitamins and nutrients stored in that fat. Also, you will be eating clean, whole foods on hCG, which are the best source of essential vitamins.

Having said that, I still recommend a few supplements during the VLC portion of the diet. A good multivitamin along with additional calcium and magnesium supplements. The cal/mag will help prevent muscle cramping and constipation.
